Maintenance methods
Sensor maintenance
1) Sensor outer surface: Clean the outer surface of the sensor with
tap water. If there isstill
debris left, wipe it with a soft, damp cloth.
For some stubborn dirt, some household washing liquid can be added
to the tap waterfor
cleaning.
2) Check the cable of the sensor: The cable should not be tightened
during normaloperation,
otherwise the internal wires of the cable may be broken and the
sensor may not work
properly.3) Check if the sensor's measurement window is dirty .
4) Check the sensor housing for damage.
Notice: The probe contains sensitive optical and electronic components.
Make sure the
probe is not subject to severe mechanical shock. No need inside the
probe
The part to be maintained by the user.
Install
Before installation, please check the appearance of the cables for
damage, and disperse the
cables.
1. When using the throw-in sensor, avoid the sensor hitting the
wall or other facilities
caused by water flow. If the water flow rate is too fast, the
sensor must be fixed.
2. There should be no obstructions in front of the measurement. For
example, fluorescence
sensors should be avoided from light.
